I tried shopping on Ganni and it was so annoying!! The pages were loading really slowly, the filters kept resetting every time I tried to narrow things down, and my bag disappeared twice. I ended up just giving up before checkout. For such a big brand, the website feels way messier than it should.

"Delivery Was Honestly Such a Mess"
I ordered a dress for an event, and... yeah, the delivery date just kept getting pushed back. The tracking barely updated at all, so I had no idea what was actually going on. When I reached out to customer service, they basically just told me to wait. It did finally show up, but way too late to wear it. I don’t think I’d risk ordering online from them again.

I was disappointed with the color :/ It looked like a soft pink in the photos on ganni.com, which is why I ordered it, but in person it was much more brownish and kind of dull.

I know colors can look a little different depending on your screen, but this wasn’t even close. For the price, it felt really frustrating, so I ended up returning it.

I tried to return a dress and the whole process was more frustrating than it needed to be. The replies were slow, the instructions were confusing, and I’m still waiting on my refund. On top of that, I kept getting these pushy reminder messages like I was the one holding things up, which just made it more annoying. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I was really disappointed with this. It fell apart after just one wash, which doesn’t feel reasonable. I don’t think it’s too much to expect something you paid for to hold up through basic washing.

"Checkout kept failing and I’m wondering if it’s just me"
I tried to buy a dress from ganni and the checkout just kept failing for no clear reason. My card was totally fine because I used it on another site right after, but their page would load for a while and then just show an error. Super frustrating after taking the time to pick the right size and everything. Has anyone else had this happen with their checkout? I don’t think I’ll bother trying again

"Packaging was really disappointing"
The box showed up ripped and dirty, which was frustrating. I get that things happen during shipping, but this didn’t feel acceptable. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably have to start ordering from somewhere else.

I tried to exchange a dress for a different size and it’s been way more annoying than I expected!! The replies were super slow, the instructions were confusing, and I ended up having to pay for return shipping myself!!! I’m still waiting on the right size to show up, so at this point I’m frustrated!!

I ordered from ganni.com thinking the total at checkout was what I’d actually be paying, so it was really frustrating to get hit with extra duties and fees when the package arrived. It made the whole order a lot more expensive than I expected. When I tried to understand it, I felt like I was being passed around instead of getting a clear answer. The items were nice, but the surprise costs really ruined the experience for me. I wouldn’t order again from outside their country.

I really wanted to like it, but the designs just felt kind of odd to me and overpriced for what they were. Nothing I tried on felt flattering, and I left feeling disappointed. I also had this weird left-in-the-dark feeling, like I wasn’t totally sure who these pieces were supposed to be for or why they cost so much

"Not like cardigans I’ve bought before"
I’ve ordered plenty of cardigans online in the past, so I had a good idea of what I was expecting based on the description. Unfortunately, this one felt off. The page made it sound like it would be soft wool with a relaxed fit, but it was actually scratchy and ran much smaller than expected. The color was also noticeably darker than the photos. Overall, it just wasn’t what I thought I was buying.

"Took forever to arrive"
I ordered from ganni.com thinking it would show up quickly, maybe within a few days. Nope. The shipping was so slow, and I barely got any clear updates, so I was just sitting there waiting. Frustrating. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t even need it anymore. Annoying. Definitely not the experience I was expecting

"Cute pieces, but I’m not convinced they hold up"
I picked up a dress and a knit from Ganni, and while they both looked really cute at first, I ended up disappointed. The seam on the dress started coming apart after just a few wears, and it’s not like I was doing anything intense in it.
The knit pilled really quickly too, basically after the first wash. Maybe I just got unlucky, but based on these two pieces, it kind of makes me think the quality doesn’t match the price. Nice designs, but I wouldn’t count on them lasting.

"Started to doubt the eco claims after a while"
When I first came across the brand a few months ago, I was interested because of all the eco-friendly messaging. But after looking into it more over the past couple of weeks, it started to feel more like greenwashing than any real effort to change. I wanted to believe it, but I’m not really buying the eco talk anymore.
